What does it cost?

There are two distinct fee structures under the Standard Service offering: Minimum fee based on Revenue (A) or Minimum Based on Inventory (B). The greater of the two is the fee that will be invoiced.

A) Minimum Based on Revenue:

We currently charge between 0.7% and 1.4% of revenue, exclusive of shipping. The minimum monthly fee is $50.

Under $3000 revenue:$50 
$3,000 - $10,000 revenue: $50 + 1.4% of revenue above $3,000
$10,000+ revenue: $148 + 0.7% of revenue above $10,000

B) Minimum Based on Inventory:

Inventory minimum fee: $1 per 1,000 listings

Example 1: You have 5,000 listings on FillZ and revenue of $2,000 for the month. The first $3,000 is charged at the minimum of $50. Your inventory fee would be $5 and therefore not apply since your existing fees exceeded this. Your bill: $50.

Example 2: You have 10,000 listings on FillZ and revenue of $7,000 for the month. The first $3,000 is charged at $50, the next $4,000 is charged at $56 for a total of $106. Your inventory fee would be $10 and therefore not apply since your existing fees exceeded this. Your bill: $106.

Example 3: You have 150,000 listings on FillZ and revenue of $7,000 for the month. The first $3,000 is charged at $50, the next $4,000 is charged at $56 for a total of $106. Your inventory fee would be $150 and you would be charged $150 vs. $106. Your bill: $150.

Invoicing

Fees are billed on the 2nd of each month. For new sign ups, FillZ will bill you after your first full calendar month. For example, if you sign up April 15th, fees will start accruing April 15th and you will be billed on June 2nd. In this case, the minimum fee for April would be prorated to $25, and for May the full $50 minimum would apply. This would result in a $75 invoice. If you quit FillZ before May 15th, the $25 fee will be credited to your account.

We have fee limits for low-cost and high-cost items. Any item above $150 will be considered to be $150 for the purpose of calculating fees. The minimum fee per item will be $0.04.
